Bruce Bell, President
Bruce Bell has 40 years of experience as a supplier diversity professional having served in a variety of roles. He started his career in the City of Atlanta’s Office of Contract Compliance and served as Director of the Office of Contract Compliance from 2020 to 2024. After retiring from the City of Atlanta, Bruce founded Atlanta Business Consulting Group, LLC (ABC Group), which is a contract management firm specializing in local, state, and federal compliance. Bruce has leveraged his considerable experience to assist businesses across industries in collaborations with government municipalities, contractors, and subcontractors to meet their compliance-related needs. A highly-regarded and well-respected leader in the industry with deep connections and a keen understanding of the contracting and compliance processes, Bruce helps businesses realize their full potential by consistently delivering results. A recipient of numerous prestigious awards, Bruce received the Business Development Award from the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) in 2021, and he was named a Man of Influence by the Atlanta Business League in 2023.
